• "Customer / You" — any person using the Site or booking tours or services through Sanchare.
• "Services" — travel services, tour packages, adventure experiences, accommodations, transport arrangements, photography, or videography services booked through Sanchare.

1. Booking Confirmation: Services are confirmed only after full payment or a specified deposit is received and a confirmation is issued by email.
2. Payment Methods: We accept the payment methods listed on our Site at checkout. All payments must be in the currency specified at booking.
3. Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

1. By You: Cancellations must be submitted in writing (email). Refund eligibility is governed by the specific package terms and applicable timelines (e.g., cancellations more than 30 days before departure may receive a partial refund).
2. By Us: We reserve the right to cancel tours or services for operational, weather, safety, or regulatory reasons. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or refund per our cancellation policy.
3. Force Majeure: Events outside our control (natural disasters, government directives, pandemics, etc.) may result in rescheduling or refunds per applicable terms.

1. Adventure travel involves physical activities and inherent risks. By booking, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
2. You represent that you are physically fit for the selected activities and that you have disclosed all relevant health conditions prior to booking.
3. You agree to follow all instructions from Sanchare guides and personnel at all times during your experience.

You are solely responsible for securing valid travel documentation including passports, visas, permits, and travel insurance. Failure to obtain required documentation does not obligate Sanchare to provide refunds.

All content on the Site — including text, photographs, images, logos, and branding — is owned by or licensed to Sanchare. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise exploit any content without express written permission from Sanchare.

The collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sanchare and its directors, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the booked services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
